We ship from Texas, USA.
Orders shipped from us via USPS First Class service with tracking.

International shipping.
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class service/EMS. Tracking is available on select destinations. If you would like to upgrade to a currier service, contact us for a custom quote.

Currently we ship to many international destinations (except EU, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Israel, and few others).
Due to Brexit-related shipping changes, this shop does not qualify for VAT payment requirements in the UK. If you still would like to order from the UK, please use contact form for some possible alternative options.
We're currently testing a UK shipping system. The selection of the products is limited. Contact us if you're looking to purchase something not listed or experiencing any issues.
We also currently do not ship to any EU countries due to the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) that requires complicated and expensive measures to be compliant such as physical representative on the territory of EU.
We apologize for the inconvenience due to our shipping limitations. We are always open to work with your re-shipping options. Please contact us if you need assistance.
Please be aware that all customers are responsible for paying any import VAT, taxes, and fees associated with your order at the destination country. This shop doesn't charge import taxes and is not responsible for any fees. If your package return due to not paying those fee you won't be refunded.
Shipping FAQ.
When will my order be sent out?
As a single person is handling all the in stock orders, it may take some time. Please allow 7-14 business days (excluding weekends) for order processing.
For supplier shipped order estimate 4-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the orders to be produced, processed, and shipped. This time may take longer during holidays, including international (such as Lunar New Year).
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For orders going out from us, US delivery times may range between 2-14 days once shipped, depending on season and destination.
For international orders it may take between 2-12 weeks to arrive. Tracking is available on select destinations.
For orders marked LONG SHIPPING, allow about 3-10 weeks (up to 12 on select destinations) for your order to arrive.
For orders going directly from supplier and printed to order, you'd usually see estimated arrival date on the product page in the Shipping section.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All sales are final, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
If you received the wrong item or your package arrived damaged, please contact us within 10 days of order arrival for assistance. We won't be able to help after the 10 days period.
My package is lost or delayed. What should I do?
For US packages try to contact USPS and use their "Search for lost packages" service.
Sadly for international destinations once the order leave US we're unable to search for packages in transit as many countries do not offer tracking or limit it. Please contact your local postal service.
I made a mistake in my order/address. How can I fix it?
If you contact us ASAP (in 48 hours), we will do our best to correct your order.
It may not always be possible to correct the mistake (especially with orders produced by the third party suppliers - most of the apparel) so please make sure to check your order twice before placing it.
Please keep in mind that if you contact us after 48 hours we will not be able to change your order.
We also do not send replacement items for free if the mistake in the order was made on your end. You may have to pay a new shipping fee or full price of the order, depending on the circumstances, for it to be send to you again.
What if I have a special request for the shipping of my order?
We will do our best to accommodate your request! Keep in mind, however, that it may not always be possible, and some accommodations may be time sensitive.
If you need your order to arrive by a certain date or have all of your items shipped together, please make sure to contact us before placing your order (especially if you plan to include any items shipping directly from supplier).
If you would like to order items marked "PREORDER" and other items together, but you want them to arrive separately, please place 2 separate orders.
